Veteran commercial real estate broker Kyle Vreeland joins Steinbauer Associates, Inc.’s Lakeland/Central Florida office.
Vreeland has 28 years of commercial real estate and development experience in the Central Florida I-4
corridor. He received his Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Florida Agricultural & Mechanical
University, followed by post-graduate studies in Masters in Architect at the University of South Florida. He also holds an AA in Architecture from Hillsborough Community College and attended Georgia Southern University.
As a commercial Realtor, Vreeland has received multiple awards for his outstanding sales performance, including several Top Sales Producer Awards. In 2014, he was honored with the Lakeland Realtors Presidential Distinction Award, and the following year, he was named Lakeland Realtors -Realtor of the Year. He served on the board of Directors of Lakeland Realtors for six years and was President in 2018. He is a member of the Lakeland Rotary Club and was recent Chairman the Polk Theatre Board for several years and currently serves on the City of Lakeland Utility Committee.
