J.R. is a Vice President with Steinbauer Associates, Inc. J. R. has specialized in commercial/industrial and office real estate since joining the firm in 1983. Active with the National Association of Realtors on Local, State, and National leadership levels and a Past President of Realtors Commercial Alliance of the Miami Realtors. J.R. is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (S.I.O.R.) which is one of the highest memberships that can be achieved in the Commercial Real Estate industry. There are only 3,300 members in the world which hold this designation. Currently, he is serving as their chairman of Professional Standards, National Committee as well as the 2019 President S.I.O.R. Florida Chapter. J.R. is a leader in the South Florida community for many years giving his time and service to the South Florida community. He has served on the City of Doral’s Police and Parks for Kids board. He is a Past President of the Junior Orange Bowl Committee, Past President of the Coral Gables Junior Chamber, General Chairman of the PGA Tour WGC – Cadillac Championship at Doral, member of the Doral business community, Tournament Director of the Junior Orange Bowl International Golf Championship, and very active with International Junior golf organizations. J.R. has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance & Real Estate / Insurance and a Minor in Economics from Minnesota State University at Mankato. He lives in Doral, Florida.
